1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return:

3. How to Request a Return

We’ll provide return instructions, including where to send your package. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
4. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email and let you know if the refund was approved.
