All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from Monday to Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a day. In such cases, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship internationally.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

  • Some oversized or heavy items may have additional handling fees. These will be clearly communicated during checkout.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Tulotulo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you realize there is an error after checkout, contact us as soon as possible to correct it before dispatch.
